Red Dirt Repair – Terms of Service

Welcome to Red Dirt Repair (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or receiving any services from us, you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
We provide mobile repair and maintenance services for:
- Personal automobiles
- Fleet vehicles
- Heavy equipment
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnostics
- Oil changes
- Preventative maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- Equipment inspections
All services are provided on-site, subject to accessibility and safety conditions.
2. Service Area
Red Dirt Repair serves the Parker, Colorado area and surrounding regions. Additional travel fees may apply for service requests outside our standard service radius.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
- Missed appointments without notice may result in full service charges.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment platforms (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.).
- For fleet or recurring customers, Net 15 or Net 30 terms may be available upon approval.
Unpaid invoices beyond 15 days may incur late fees of 1.5% per month (18% annually) and/or result in service suspension.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We offer a 30-day labor warranty on all services, unless otherwise noted.
- Parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions or unrelated failures
- Delays caused by weather, location access, or unavailability of parts
- Damage caused by continued use of a vehicle after service is declined or deferred
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Red Dirt Repair harmless for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper use or maintenance of a vehicle following service.
6. Estimates & Approvals
- Estimates provided before service are good-faith projections and not final invoices.
- All services require customer approval before work begins.
- Any additional repairs discovered during the job will be discussed and approved prior to completion.
7. Mobile Service Limitations
While we strive to perform repairs on-site, certain repairs may require specialized tools, equipment, or indoor environments. In such cases, we will recommend alternative solutions, which may include:
- Towing to a shop
- Rescheduling
- Referring to a specialist
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and issue
- Ensure a safe, legal, and accessible work location
- Secure pets, equipment, or hazards near the vehicle
- Be present or provide key/access at time of service
9. Force Majeure
Red Dirt Repair is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, illness, or supplier delays.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or sent via email. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
